1. No Return on Used Products

Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns if the product is opened or used.

2. Return or Exchange for Damaged Items

You can request a return or exchange only if:

  • The item arrives damaged,
  • The item is leaking, or
  • You receive the wrong product.

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

  • A photo of the damaged or wrong item

4. Replacement Process

After we review your request:

  • We will send you a replacement product, or
  • We will offer a store credit for your next purchase.

(Refunds to bank or account are normally not available.)

5. Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

We cannot offer a return or refund if the parcel was returned due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address
  • Customer not receiving the parcel on time

6. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or cancellations for “change of mind” after the order is shipped.
